MXDXK (pronounced “medic”) is a 22-year-old artist and producer based in Vancouver, BC, originally from Singapore and Hyderabad, India.
Blending ambient trap, digicore, cloud rap, plugg, and electronic music, MXDXK creates immersive soundscapes built around layered vocals and atmospheric production. After getting into production during high school, he began seriously developing his sound after moving to Vancouver and connecting with its underground music community.
His music draws influence from artists including Weiland, Summrs, Autumn!, Izaya Tiji, Hi-C, Egobreak, and Lucy Bedroque. His most important release to date, “FARNWIDE,” showcases his more technical and vocally layered approach, while his latest track, “iknowwwwwww,” takes a lighter direction focused on partying, freedom, and having fun.
